dom zu limburg - detail I sometimes the details are important... ...and light's important anyway... a picture taken last sunday at a wonderful day in limburg with my wonderful lady... :)) shown is a details of the cathedral of limburg - a wonderful cathedral - quite unusual - a completely Romanesque cathedral - simple and beautiful... a very light cathedral... location: limburg, germany framing: what do you think...? --- next posting: dom zu limburg - detail II previous posting: dom zu limburg oh - well... ranking is open - but: i'd like to get honest ones... so a honest "NICE" with a useful comment is more worth than an excellent what is not meant this way... ;)

Wirklich sches Bild aus dem inneren, ich hoffe du zeigst uns auch noch Details der Fresken, sind ja noch ein paar erhalten geblieben. PS. Der Dom ist allerdings keine reine Romanische Kirche. Er bildet "so zusagen" den ergang von der Romanik zur Gotik in Deutschland, und geht deshalb ja auch zum Weltkulturerbe der UNESCO
