Description

Out I went a-walking With Kitty at my side She wanted to cure her phobia And take a boat ride We headed down to Borrowing Bay At the end of the Grand pier And met a farewell captain Who called "come o'er 'ere" His scarf covered most his face And his accent was rather funny But he said we could borrow his boat And it wouldn't cost any money He pointed out a tiny boat Whose husk was shiny brown Just right for kitty and I To discover the bay around We thanked him for his offer And gladly stepped inside But one warning he gave us Was to be wary of the tide So off we went a-sailing Kitty clinging to my arm I tried to tell her sincerely The water would cause no harm Past the reefs and waves that follow The boat it kept on going We didn't have to do a thing We weren't even rowing On either side of the boat Was nothing but water I was scared and kitty was too We didn't want to go any farther Then we heard this awful sound Like an earthquake had hit And before our very eyes The waters in equal split We'd yell for help if someone would hear And we don't know Morse code But kitty and I agreed never again To put the alarm clock on snooze mode The short and shocking lucid dreams Of those that try to sleep in At last I found the shut off switch And got up for work again

Strange dreams indeed. I have a feeling you have millions of these musings. An excellent and mysterious creation as always.

Funny! I find it hard to decide which is sometimes better to me -- your writings or your artworks. Excellent.
