Description

A few of you asked to see the Grants in sepia ... here is another picture I did of them that I sent them to thier email. FOr this shot I was aiming for the effect of greatness as a general- My Mom told me on the phone that he wasnt the best president but a great General of the cilil war .. so heres one more of the grants.. OK, you tell me should I keep posting this series or are you getting bored of it? .. I took many shots that day..!! I am still really sick with fever and shaky ... love ya all big hugs & ♥ ~Kimmers!

This is one cool POV Kimmie!!! Beautiful portrait although with some heavy hightlights. But your POV and their poses really make up for that. Dont you dare stop this series. Its awesome!!!!! Feel better ya hear. #:O)

Yes, keep posting - quite like this series, and it's amazing how much this re-enactor looks like the photos of Grant. They did some hand colouring back then too, shall we expect to see some of that? Well done.

I will probably debate about Grant for the rest of my life. His victories were usually based on the simple stategy of exchanging death for death until the south simply ran out of men, horses and materials. The number of Union dead under Grant was astonishingly high. But, he won and that was counts in the history books. Your actor is very good and has given you a strong charcter to capture. You have done so very well in this fine shot.
