Description
"One if by land, and two if by sea;
And I on the opposite shore will be,
Ready to ride and spread the alarm
Through every Middlesex village and farm;
For the country folk to be up and to arm."
Longfellow "The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere"
Well, even "the guys" had to be ready for the British Mouse invasion (the British beatle invasion would not occur for another 189 years :^D )

Love those (vigilant) Mousies !

As a native Bay Stater, there is something about Paul Revere riding a Toonimal horse that just doesn't quite seem right '-)! But, that doesn't take away from another first class render! Superb job of capturing the night-time atmo and, as Linda mentioned, the steeple light is so well done as well!

Is it just me or what, I've never seen (if seen is the right word) a posted image quite so astonishingly out of gamut as this, a Photoshop levels check reveals that out of a total available gamut of 255 this occupies a space of 68 !!
Snow_Angel

Especially if the British brought cats with them (or snakes)! I love it, it is so amazingly authentic, I knew it was Paul Revere and his midnight ride even before reading your explanation.
Shari123
Perfect scenery for your Midnight Mousie Rider. He seems so stoic awaiting his destiny. I'm sure the redcoats will be along soon and he can ride into history. Well done!

WONDERFUL.... Once more a wonderful history lesson for the class. They throughly enjoyed this today. Had to explain who Longfellow was and that he wasn't a mouse :) LOL. And we've a few surprises for you, for they did a tour of the world today and had some wonderful tales to tell. :)))) Excellent as always Wendy, a pure delight...

Are the red coats must be around the corner - or is my monitor too dark? Or does Linda still have color reception problems? Maybe we can sell her this coat color as fuchsia? :-))) It is an awesome light in here, and a brilliant idea Wendy. Klasse!
