Some "things" should never be found. This is the final image for wich I worked out the planet rings on my previous post. Cheers!

I have to say this is still excellent, but some lights and a bit less ambience on the station couldn't hurt. maybe it's just my monitor though :)

I like it. My monitor would like a bit less ambiance on the alien thingy. Its hard to say how it will look like on another monitor. Have had that problem myself. But the picture is just great!

I haven't been able to recreate that kind of ring effect from your post .... yet! But I've found some things in Bryce that amazed me while playing with it. Thanks for the inspiration.

I would lower the ambience on the station texture a bit, it looks a little like the Flat Gray preset. Other than that, its a jaw-dropping image!

That ring is superb! How was it constucted, rock by rock? ;) Question on the background nebula... was that done in Bryce or is it a NASA / ESA image.
