Hi dears, just to wish all of those who celebrate it A HAPPY AND SAFE THANKSGIVING DAY ... and for the rest of us... have a great day! Sorry it's not a turkey, but at least it's poultry... right out of the oven ;o) A dish all of my family likes very much... chicken, potatoes and sweet pepper....and the best is it's very easy to prepare in the oven. Anyone who is interested in the recipe may write it in a comment or an IM and I'll send it to her/him. :o) Thanks for stopping by and any comments. Oh great now my stomach is burning! This looks fantastic! Did you use a filter, or tint it post? Looks very warm. All the meat, potatos and onions look mouth watering! Where are the garlic cloves? ; )
