Description

Brycers didn't like this one cause it was only really rendered in the Bryce engine, so I'm reposting here. :) The frog and the shrooms are modeled and tex'd in Zbrush, starting life as zspheres. The rest is primitives with tex's cast on them and some minor work in Max and post in psp. Hope it finds a home here among friends...Thanks for looking

I just love poison dart frogs and someday hope to get a few! The dendrobates azureus is my favorite! You did a fantastic job modeling and texturing this little guy, and the setting for him is just perfect! I hope he finds lots of Thanksgiving bugs for a huge meal! LOL! Excellent work!

I think you did an excellent job as well....a good while back we were running a very long frog thread on zbc...do a search on the forum for frogs and you should be able to find it...lonnnnnng thread...you should post this there as well...frogs are alot of fun...mine didnt turn out as good as yours though...

Thanks for the kind words, very much appreciated. Ron - actually that thread was a sort of inspiration for this model I had been reading old posts and thought I would try my hand at a froggy, don't think its up to zbc par though :)
