Description

Looking into the opposite direction the sun shows another surprise. Standing on an a pier I asked myself how the clouds catch light on the bottom-side. Only later I realised it had to be the sunlight shining on the lake that was reflected by the water that causes this effect. I played somewhat with Photoshop and by adjusting levels it's easy to add a dramatic effect, however, I decided (as usual) to keep it as natural as it was. Enjoy this Sunday! How is that light polarized. Horizontal? Vertical? Circular? Is light ever randomly polarized? An intriguing phenomena to observe. Your illustration makes heady space for the intellect.

Oh, le lac du Bouveret!!!! You have shot one of the places I like the most around this multi-named lake... You're approaching Chablais Mountains, my beloved mountains... That was not done at purpose but the famous "Dent d'Oche" that I show today is just a few kilometers away from the mountain you show on the left part. And about that shot: Really, sincerely, bravo, this is absolutely gorgeous!!
