Description
I have been working more with the bump and spec maps I created for this texture.
I also added some additional lights to bring out the spec highlights.
I think I am still missing something.. :( (I am aiming for realism), and am open to comments, suggestions, etc..
** I hope you like it :) **

The base model is a Poser M2 model, morphed then imported into Max using the Riess Studio plugin.
(Some additional adjustments were made im max.. moving verticies etc..)
Note: This render is about realism, so no need to comment that its a poser figure. I have noticed that a lot of people have stopped mentioning that a poser figure is used in their renders, due to unnecessary comments.

This is good, I think it needs a bit more light and more reflection in the eyes--they look a little dry.

Wow, this skin is very close to photorealism IMO.. yes, the only thing might be to bring out a little more spec/refl in the eyes. Excellent work! Btw. what render do you use in Max ?

I can't put my finger on what it is on this one, but I'd suggest: 1. A little more bump on the shirt, it really looks flat compared to his skin. 2. There appears to be a back light, so his ear needs to show a little translucency perhaps. 3. Stubble on upper lip appears to be pointing up, where normally it would be pointing down. 4. The shirt collar appears to be touching his neck, so shadow line is a little to dark, or thick there. (Maybe?) 5. His right eye needs a bit more work.
