Description

Sylfie rendered in Carrara 5 Beta with some postwork in Photoshop. I just discovered that adding Subsurface Scattering to a Toon! Pro Cell shader can dramatically improve the image, well at least if you are interested in maintaining some bright-dark dynamics instead of a traditionally flat toon render. I will post the original renders to the Carrara forum. Thanks for stopping by :)

Toons are becoming so realistic in a simulated way that I no longer recognize Henry the Chicken Hawk. Watching Carrara come of age and prosper is a joyful thing.
