Description

Time to conclude this series! The sun is setting and I have to go. It is still a long road ahead and I have to be around 10 PM in Geneva to get Wim from the airport. Wim will accompany me next week here in Switzerland. Via Thonon-les-bains and Evian-les-bains I go south from the lake to Geneva, I will get stuck in a traffic jam because there's a fair in Geneva (if I had known that I had chosen another road, of course) and far too late I'll meet Wim and drive home where we arrive at 1 AM, everything in darkness and utter silence. Unfortunately I have no pictures of Geneva by night, but perhaps there are those living closer to this city who can fill this gap.... :) Thank you for your vivid comments, IM's, favorites and even votes - I feel truly honored to participate in this! Minolta X-700 (Fuji Sensia 100, 150 mm) Thanks for your attention and your always valuable comments

Hmmmm... Sorry dear but I can't... (well, at the moment, but your suggestion is interesting, I'm pretty sure Geneva by night would be an interesting topic!) I was just writting my notes for my incoming post and it's a chance you've posted yours before... 'cause my words would have had no sense at all as this one is the end of your serie... Gonna change them right now. Still a cool shot!

Ouin... the end of this excellent series ! A fantastic way for showing us the beauty of this part of the country...Thank you very much, Jan-Carel for this "odyssey" and all the clear explanations given along your journey ! And the last picture is a great one : as someone said yesterday, the small sail ship makes it ! Great POV and perfect control of the (little) light ! :~)
