Description

Photography made by Giancarlo in 1982 in Emilia - Italy with his manual camera Canon F1 and a Macro Lens (the original shot was a slide) No postwork, only framed with Photoshop 7 This evening, I would like to made a duo.... Giancarlo and Nathalie in a different way !!!! This macro is incredible ! I've never seen before this shot a small grasshopper on the back of one of his parents !!!! It's something more classic for mammals, but in the world of the insects... And it's an incredible shot ! Tell me what you think about it Thank you for all your kinds comments on the Macro of Giancarlo posted yesterday : "Magic Flowers" And thanks to Michel and Jan-Carel for the name of this flower... Have a wonderful evening my friends !!! Nathalie, for, and always with Giancarlo ("nathalie06" on Renderosity)

I hate to spoil your lovely thoughts, but my guess is that we have two grasshoppers mating. This is based upon the position of her legs, now in a non defensive mood. Also check the curved abdomon end of her body towards the male. Never the less, an incredible shot and thank you for sharing.
