Description

Painter and Wacom tablet. Brandon Lee as Eric Draven in "The Crow": one of my favorite films. Sorry about the large size, but I worked very hard on getting the details of the face right, and the brush strokes disappeared when I reduced the height to 768 pixels. A detail of the close-up of the head at full working size can be seen here: http://www.3dcommune.com/3d/galview.mv?2D+utFfG0m6A+1133478403+&v_index=1&nd=1132130587 Here again is a link to copy and paste if you would like to see a step-by-step tutorial explaining my painting method: http://www.renderosity.com/tut.ez?Form.ViewPages=1007 This time I started with a black canvas and a white sketch. :^) It took three days to complete: about 3 hours per day. Thanks for looking, John

Wow! I love it! Your technique makes for some awesome work! I loved Brandon Lee in that role, too. Shame it was his last. He was really coming together as an actor. What a great homage to him!
