Fascinating, I also rather like it. Did you succeed first time or is this the pick from many attempts? Bravo!!

Nice to see you trying someting different. It is the only way that we grow creativly. I too have been thinking of capturing movement with a digital camera since it is so very different from film. Congradulations your on the right road.

The movement and the contrasts have a nice effect. Your quote reminds me of that SF movie of the man who contacted his father back in time with a radio transmitter by a thunderstorm. Original work, Kort! :)

Love the colors, love the blur, love the compo, but that white bit on the left side of the image is really distracting to me! Love the idea too! :)

Doesn't look weird to Me...a Ghostly Image.

I remember when his place was just a small cozy cabin. I like this shot too. The movement, POV and lighting is perfect. Night moves! Yeah, 'ol Bobby moved out of Ann Arbor to Whitmore Lake a long time back.

i really like this one, Kort. it gives me the chills though. i think that something good is not gonna happen at the end of that walk. this is one of those images that really has an emotional impact on me. hope you don't mind if i don't talk about it. it's quite powerful. Kort, perhaps you like that white light on the left, but if it was my image, i'd crop on the left from the beginning of that white light. i find that light distracting. Also, a tighter crop would intensify the anxiety factor that's playing in this image. it makes it narrower, more claustrophobic, and would make my eye go visually down the end of that hall instead of going to the white light. just my two cents. of course, we all see images differently. this one is a nightmarish if you ask me...a visual story...the cover of an empty book. makes me wanna fill the pages. :) guess you can tell i love this! :)
