My father hates all salmanders. My girl friend can't stand their frilly gills. I think they are cool and gravitate toward them as I do to semi-trucks and Mormons.

Cool salamander! I just wish he was turned more to the side so we could see more of him. His eyes and skin markings are beautifully done also. Good use of DCG plug-ins in this scene. I saw a TV documentary about amphibians that showed footage of the world's largest salamander. This guy looks alot like him!

What a curious spotted litte fellow. He looks friendly and your modeling/ texturing is fantastic, as always. Beautiful render. The trees and pond add lots to the story, too. Nice depth of field. V Excellent!
