Description
Great effort and great fun to make this pic.
I hope that it's also pleasant for those that look it.
Some technical notes:
all urban architecture are modelled with Vue primitive,
vehicles by "3d02" and "3DM",
cartoon characters by Poser,
awnings by Rodluc2001,
cabphone by Renderosity freestaff,
ant by 3DCafe,
other by Vue CD,
vehicles and cartoon characters are re-textured,
with "object centre function and color map" thecnique
(see you Vue tutorial in B.. section).
Illumination in GI with IBL
(I have used for "Environment map" one all blank pic).

LOL, I've been looking around the picture for a minute or so, marvelling at the detail, and looking at each figure and wondering what their story is; then I realised there's a line of ants crossing the road! Excellent

If you really wiqnted to be funny you would show a police car stopped projecting across the stopping line and crosswalk forcing the line of ants to either bow around the front and risk being squashed by an emergency call or bow behind and risk being ... well they aren't human so they would not be between the bumpers of the policecar and the woman that rear ends it. Give that trunk a good thump to watch the cop start up in surprise.
