Description

Hello all! Hiking in Placerita Canyon! We had just seen the new Narnia movie ( a must see ) and after took this hike down the road from my home. . I love this pic for personal reasons cause it shows my daughter's personality. Janel is studying a tree reflective of why it died and why was it there on the side of the path. If you look carfully, you can see Chrissy is running full speed ahead with arms wide open embacing all of nature (( oh, I wanted to put it up larger so you could her better but it wouldnt let me with the file size...) It was a beautiful day and the trees seemed to bend down and greet us and I liked the light that made the leaves jump out..! maybe it all just seemed, ore magical to us cause of thoughts od Narnia were still lingering in out heads full of fantacy and wonder!! Just a little piece of my life here thought I would share this one with you today! I have been working on a Christmas painting and it is taking forever and I can

I love this, What a great little path!! Looked like a good day!! I just saw Narnia too, It was so awesome!! I read the books twice when I was younger and it is one of my favorites, so much so, that I named my oldest son Tirion after one of the Characters in the Forth book, he is not in the movie. Your girls look to be really enjoying the outing, it is cool that you can bring them to this magical place!! 8-)

The colors are to die for (well..not literally...but ya get the picture) and the light also bear witness of a beautiful day. Definitly one of your better shots Kimmie. No doubt!!! Oooooh..you saw that movie? AWWWWW!!! Me soooo jealous now! I saw a documentary about the making of that film tonight....i just have to visit New Zealand one of these days. Darn that 28 hour flight though..sigh. Yup...im rambling...but endulge me will ya. I still have 4 hours left of work...and the alternative would be to actually work and that is hardly what theyre paying me to do...or is it? Oooh...it is!!! I better get busy then. Have a wonderful weekend K. Hi mommie-Kimmie btw!!!! #;o)

My kids grew up watching a "B" version of the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. I am so glad to see it come back out as my children are now young adults in this type of money behind the movie. My kids even called one of thier dogs, "Aslan". Ironically, Aslan got ran over. well, I better stop there I don't want to give away anything! Excellent capture here Kimmers! :) VOTE
