I haven't seen the Peter Jackson version yet, but I'm looking very much forward to it.
And in the meantime I couldn't help doing this :)

ha! I'd run too if I was that gorilla. I've seen Jackson's film and the King Kong parts are beyond belief.

OK, my first thought on seeing this was "ooh, gorgeous atmosphere!" Followed closely by "ROFL!!" And then when I was reading your comments, I thought "yeah, that's kind of sad." Anyway, I like it. Well done.
