I see a white foggy sky, an ocean and a beach, while I am sitting in a field of flowers. One could believe that the flowers I see are actually the heads of people. Nicely done Ian.

Is this rust from the waterline on the side of a boat? I remember some years ago going to the final exhibition of some art students and one of them had produced a book of close-up shots of exactly that. It was so very beautiful, totally abstract but always evoking landscapes, and that's exactly what I see in your piece here :-)

Ian, this is beautiful and an excellent abstract. One of my thoughts about abstracts is that there is just enough there for a person to see something they recognize. It can be a place, an emotion, and experience. And each person who views the abstract can see something different. I think you succeeded here. Wonderful colors and textures.

You have it spot on Jim, this is the water line from a boat, I am continually surprised at how these shots which are created by the sea manage to conjure up visions of seascapes. Ian
