Spawning Ground by TwoPynts

Many of you guessed the direction I was taking with my last photo, so here is the logical next step. The sperm is fertilizing the egg. We have conception/insemination! Are there going to be any rusty offspring? That is something we are just going to have to wait to find out. The image was coming out a bit flat, so I pushed the values and darkend up the metallic surface of the old traction engine. I am really fond the flamelike quality some of the rust smears have in this photo. ----- I hope you all had a good weekend and thank you for your swimming comments on my upload Friday, Swimming Upstream.

You certainly have a super winner hee Kort. The contrast levels and increased colour saturations are all paying off. It certainly makes it a much stronger image. Thank you for sharing with us such a wonderful find.

Okay...bottom middle (Below the circle, just left of the stream) there is a perfect flame! the kind that would inspire many a Harley gas tank design! Or tattoo!! I must say, you and Egmont (And myself, if I may lump myself into such excellent company!) see entire univerese's in such texture! Now if I hadn't licked that damn toad, I might be able to pull myself away from the image! Must...regain.....focus.....
