Description

"Remember, a dead fish can float downstream, but it takes a live one to swim upstream." --WC Fields

Though not a dramatic photo, something about this one appealed to me on an abstract level. I will quietly end the work week with this image and let you see in it what you will see. =] "Intolerance of ambiguity is the mark of an authoritarian personality." --Theodor Adorno, philosopher and composer (1903-1969) ----- Have a great weekend and thank you for your bolty comments on my upload yesterday, Four Eighteen.

Excellent imagery to support Fields' saying. Sure you have to be alive to swim upstream. The imagery and the connotation are so very well purt together.

Turn your computer monitor ninety degrees counterclockwise and tadpole characters done with rusty brush on battleship grey materialize Kung Fu Tze on monoliths outside the Imperial Palace. Oh, spose you could just rotate the image too (in I Ching or Taoist modealways the easy way).
