Description
Still riding the learning curve as an A:M newbie. Sgt.Tubbs is my third spline model. He's my test piece for a skeleton/bones. That might actually happen today.
Tubbs was originally drawn by Vaughn Bode' in the late sixties as a character in the underground comic: JUNKWAFFEL

Oooooooooh, man, Junkwaffel!!! Great, bizarre strip. Hmm.... ever see SUNPOT? That would be an interesting set of characters and props to develope in 3D.

Sunpot? One of the all-time best pieces to issue forth from the Cartoon Messiah himself. To this day I remain in love with Belinda Bump. [Come to think of it, my 2nd wife looked a lot like her.] This whole model started one day when I had some of the Bode' comics out and I decided to see if I could build a hat like Tub's. One thing led to another, and here we are. I think I may go ahead and build Tub's partner/adversary,'Pepperbox' by duplicating sections and reshaping. [Thanx for the comments.]
