Description
Kat instantly recognised the sound of the footsteps and assumed the position of respect.
"You came back" was all the woman said. She wanted to say so much more but knew to do so was not an option.
"Yes Mir Amiel" was the quiet reply
"ahh you know of my position and the death of the last Mir"
"Yes the news of our fathers death reached every corner of the known lands and beyond"
The mention of their father brought a tear to Amiel's eye. She had loved him so much and it was her sister she needed when he died but he was the reason her sister had left. Why was she back now and where was Noah, the man she had left with,.Where had she been? These and so many other questions whirled in her head. None of which she could ask
"You know I can not help you with the clan and what will surely happen now" Amiel turned to go before her sister could reply. As she was leaving she heard a quiet voice say
"I know my sister forgive me"
