Description

Last image of Solar System Explorer "Endurance" for my Renderosity gallery. You can view the rest of them by visiting my website www.dcmstarships.com. Major portions of the "Sagan" and "Herschel" class landers come from parts created by fellow Richard Jeferies/rj001. A few other lander parts came from 3D CGI models of "2001: A Space Odyssey" spacecraft available for free on the Internet. The "Churchill" class fighter is a slightly modified version of the "Hawk Mk-IX Fighter" found on a "Space: 1999" website. The texture for the outer planet moon came from the Marlin's Amazing SF Textures CD Collection.

Cool image I remember the hawk had a plastic model of it we blew it up in grand fashion with a number of rockets stuffed into the fusalage. Great image.
