OH THIS IS A DEEP BLUE AND FULL OF MYSTERY-IF ME I GO INTO PSP6 AND ADD A FILTER CALLED-RENDER-CLICK ON LENS FLARE-CHOSE A SIZE AND PLACE IN CENTER-FOR DEPTH AND DISTANCE-TRY IT AND SEE..PAINTSHOP HAS A FILTER FOR LIGHTING AS WELL.ALWAYS..K
