Description

My father used to collect small pebbles from the beach, take them home and polish them using his stone polisher. The process took days or even weeks. I remember the magic of opening the polisher to reveal the beautiful coloured stones - torquise, jade, amber, clear, pink, amethyst, agate and some with small pieces of plant material in the middle. My father passed away some years ago, God bless him, but I still have the polished stones. This image reminds me of those treasured memories. No matter what colour, shape or size we are on the outside our true colours and beauty are always on the inside. Thanks for viewing and many thanks to all of you for your kind comments. Heather

Super cool and unusual fractal composition. The soft palette and shiny surfaces make the whole fit together beautifully and in memory of your dad.
