Description

Photographies made with my Nikon D70S and a Tamron lens 18-200 mm. Little postwork with Nik Color Effect Pro (filter "Classical Soft Focus") and framed with Photoshop 7 Thank you for your comments on my shots of yesterday ! I'm so happy to see that you like them, and that I can share this precious feeling with all of you. So I continue ? It was so wonderful to work with her ! Promise, I'll show you the basket I've made at the end of the serie. I bring it back with me of course, and it's on the wall of our kitchen now, and I use it of course ! Maybe the thing who has impressed me more, is the agility of her hands. She's got marvelous hands, of an old woman of course, but all her life is reflecting in her hands as in her smile... She is so touching ! I'll print for her all the serie and send the photographies to Jacques, the man who has the guest house not far from where this Granny live. I think it's a funny remember for her too. I've made these 2 shots with an exposure of 1/30 sec and a diaphragm of 5.6 - ISO 200, always to have the movement of her hands. And that's just the begining of our work !!!! Previous shot of this serie :

j'adore les mains de cette m me remue et m'eut ,toute cette vie ne pas se rendre compte que son savoir va se perdre pour du plastique qui salope tout! En birmanie, j'ai aussi visitdes dharges municipales, facile ,la sortie du village on jette tout: pas un poil de plastique, tout redevient de l'humus, me les vieux paniers!

Fantastique ce travail des mains (passet prent) et ce mouvement restitupar le flou dynamique ! C'est bien du portrait, mais du portrait qui ne nessite pas qu'on voie le visage de la personne photographi et c'est tr rare et tr fort aussi.

oh.. c'est vraiment une tr jolie sie que tu as sur cette femme. Ses mains me font pensun de mes travaux et j'affirme que des mains en disent beaucoup sur une personne. Je ne sais pas si c'est l'artrose ou la dormation dson travail, mais j'aime les jeux de mains, autand dans le flou de la rapiditque dans ton net work. escellent ;)

What amazes me is that she is still able to use her hands, that are obviously stricken with arthritis...how painful it must be for her to work her hands!
