Description

An image I actually made all by myself! Well, sort of. ;) Fortunately, I don't think Winona Ryder will mind. Yet again morphing done in PhotoDeluxe, and yet again for a character of mine - one who lasted quite a bit longer than Kit. Moonfire. Also a Sylvan (see Kit for an explanation), she went through three name changes - Dawnfire to Moonfire to StormChild - in her brief and hectic young life. The gloomy look is even more appropriate than I'd guessed at the time: at the end of her career as StormChild, she committed suicide by leaping into a bonfire. But enough of such happy memories. Altered in the making: imperceptible background, change of expression, added freckles, pointed her ears elf-style (part of the Sylvan business), added a braid, and did my best to darken her skin. Yes, I know, the eyes are beyond repair... although there's a certain magic in their hugeness that I've always liked. =) Like Kit, she also wears the black-and-blue of a city guard. Just felt like sharing. =) Make of her what y'will.

Love her expression, as if she was mesmerized by the internal struggle within her. Nice composition as well.
