Ah yes... Let me use my inner sight here.... Yes. I see an ASR 10 keyboard just out of sight to the left, and there is a stratocaster near by, I can feel it... Careful with that camera. Taking a picture of yourself taking a picture might cause an infinite loop...

Actually, I took the shot with no flash but it was so dark you could only see the monitor. So I pumped up the jam, er . . brightness making the monitor way too bright. Then erasing a hole (where the screen is) allowed the monitor image to peek through from the original layer beneath. The rest looks grainy because there simply wasn't enough light to crisp it. Aint Photoshop grand?
