Description

Oh I forgot to say the image "Aerist at work" my last post from yesterday wad taken in a hair place you know a place where hair is cut and shape on women heads. Now about this image . It is taken in a bar where food is served too. My son and his girfriend and me was going to eat here and we went at 4:30 but it was closed so we went to another place that was open. As we was on the art walk we past by the place and it was open. It opened up at 5. So this must be at around 7. I do not know if he did those big paintings up on stage or not. As we walked around I saw this artist painting on stage with the other man. I did not talk to them as they was busy. So I set up my tripod I was carrying around and took this shot. It was a wonder that all night I was taken photos with a tripod and no one stop me; not even a guard that was looking at me. lol Must been my night that all I can say. all this was in the open I took no shots in the windows but one but it did not come out as it was messed up with movements of the hands. So I think all this is ok to shoot and post as I see some is thinking of the law. I know not to shot thought windows on people not knowing they are getting shot. Now if you stage it with the people acting out things then it ok. and the shot I took thought the window had no people in it. I will get another shot of that window next time and you will see why I shot a shot thought the window but that next month artwalk is the only time i can do that. And this have nothing to do with the image. Just the law that all. And the shot thought that window will be ok with the law too.[and no nudes too just surreal] [now they thinking lol "what is he talking about"] well just look at the image I shot from my tripod I carried all night. I had the camera on night shot to shoot that why the ghostly figures movements thanks for looking and comments

I saw the photo you uploaded the other day too from the same event, and I like both of them. Maybe because I can relate both to the artists at work and to being the photographer. Hope to see more of this :)

I don't even have a camera and don't really know the law you are citing. It must have a chemical audit. After eatting you have one interpretation and when hungry another? I prefer law which is enforced by the hollowness of falseness or lack. Action is centrifugal. Women demand I look at them. They become miffed if I quickly turn to look away as soon as my peripheral gaze or glance falls on them. That is one of the priveleges of being a painter. Beauty insists on being admired.

Again the artist at work here is jocko500--great soft, painterly catch of the long haired kid....Leonardo would likely send you a cigar (for the smokiness). Another one of your best. Get a score of ones of this quality together and the ambiguity of the series title "Artist at work" becomes actively obvious....
