I started Brycing in November of 2003 after being introduced to it through the owner of www.mulawa.net, Peter Hewitt. He created a set of tutorials and sent a group of us a book called Advanced Bryce Creations. His generoisity has led to many hours of joy for me as I create the images you will see in my gallery.
I was able to start Brycing because I no longer worked as a CAD drafter at the local foundry which lost most of its business to overseas businesses. My husband supports me for the time being but says when he retires, I get to go back to work so we have health insurance. We will see :D
Stats: Female, married, no children, brown hair, hazel eyes, glasses, drink Bacardi Limon and diet Pepsi(have since given this up...I still miss it, lol), love to golf, camp, play PC games and Bryce. I used to love to tend my garden so that's where my nick came from...Burpee Seeds.
Boring? Maybe but I'm happy :)

Wow! I love the composition! The verticle format really gives us a wonderful feel for scale! The little dude looks great! He has all the gear needed for the adventure!! Good to see you posting, missed your creative work!!

Fantastic place you have created here! Excellent work!

Great composition. I like how the character is dwarfed by those big rocks around him. He looks a bit lost too. It seems I have started the year the same way. I'm lost around a hostile territory which makes me feel very small... oh! and there's some nasty beasts too. 8-)

This is awesome, you've really captured the DOF and the magnitude of the canyon and how small we all are in comparison to nature. Wonderful work.

Good to see you back at it, Nancy. Especially with such a fine image as this! Like everyone else, I love the scale and you did a great job on this intrepid explorer. There are canyons like this in Utah and though I did a bit of my own exploring out west in the desrts, I never got to see them. Great job!!
