Description


Did this about 1978. Took a photo of Union Station in Los Angeles, did a watercolor painting of the photo, then painted the fish on acetate, in the animation cel style. The acetate has shrunk about 3/8 of an inch over the years and doesn't smooth out very well, even under glass. Had to play a lot in Photoshop to get rid of the glare from the lights. 14" x 20"
