Description
Jezna Velemm is an Interrogatrix, using her considerable telepathic talent to conduct investigations. The Omphalean rulers of her planet rate her highest among the Interrogatrix Corps.
Which means that they'd much rather that she kept her remarkable abilities safely in the Corps HQ, where her office is, rather than risking her well-being by accompanying the raiding-parties that act on her intelligence, but she misses the excitement and thrills of combat.
Various of her superiors have tried to rein her in, but somehow they always end up seeing things from her viewpoint. Curious.
