You can fool some of the people all of the time,
and all of the people some of the time;
you can even fool the human eye, from time to time,
but you just can't fool that old camera lens!

Denger was born on a standard world orbiting a non-descript G-type star near the galaxy rim. An early life characterized by social introversion and a passion for learning gave rise to many and varied interests, including Terran paleontology, archaeology and history, aerospace history and technology, geology and mineralogy, music performance, photography, classical and pulp literature, electronics technology, exploration and travel, survival techniques, commerce and business operations, Terrageneering and interpersonal relationship dynamics. He also seems to have developed an uncanny knack for handicrafts, parlour trivia games and bean bag tossing. In addition to training the leaders of tomorrow, he has of late been engaged in global navigational satellite systems-related pursuits.
Not surprisingly, Denger became known to those around him as a jack-of-all-trades, (some might add, master of none). He currently resides at a northerly latitude with his lovely spouse, two juveniles and two felines. We hope you will enjoy the images on display in Denger's Gallery; they have been gathered from beyond the farthest reaches of Time and Space, for each one originated at the true Final Frontier: the Human Mind.

Exellant, perhaps some rock formations/landing beacons in the foreground?

Reminds me of a "Gazelle" class escort from the Traveller RPG. Nice!!!
Denger
Indeed. Ships of this class originally carried the military designation "Close Escort". However, the Naval Registrar's Office recently updated the classifications. As this particular ship was originally built for the civilian market and initially carried no armaments, she carried the designation "Sloop". Some time later she was refitted with lasers and PA weapons for operation in the border worlds, hence the term "Gunned Sloop".

The work is great! The color of the sun don't look so cold for ice... I think it should be more like a moon, looking more cold for the ice formation (Just my thought) and, maybe the starship didn't have shadow, seems the light comes from the right, not from the top. I like the starship! That's not easy to have fuel on this star system. Go on, what's next?

I like the warm glow from the red giant. It is still crispy cold while refueling but there is a cheerful light in the distance. Love the reflections in the ice. :0)

The red M-class suns are cooler than say, our yellow G-clas stars. Definite Traveller roots in the GAzelle-CE. Do I mind? Nah. I applaud! A close up of this "gunned sloop" in the future sir, may I ask? Excellent job--the simplicity says it all.

I used to reff Traveller, so that comment makes me smile! Not sure if you did, but with your knowladge and imagination, it would have been fun to play with ya!!
