Description

This is for my new friend Jens (Joshus Hund), who recently taught me all about rendering and postwork. I am very appreciative of his friendship, guidance, courtesy and kindness. I can't thank him enough. Atm."Silence" by Joshus Hund, Srf. is mine, Terr. DTH "American Dream" also by Joshus Hund. All postwork done in PS 7.0. Oh, thanks a lot, Mario!! The terrain can be downloaded from my HP but it was made by peten (= Darthmagus = DTH). You found a nice pov and illuminated the terrain nicely. Maybe some more sand only on the even parts of the terrain would improve the surface. Or even add some strata? I am happy if I could help - and I can see the progress! :-) Very good work my friend!

Very, Very Nice POV. Wonderful colors on the surface. I agree with J H about the strata, but I'm a Strata Hog, I just love the stuff. Excellently done Mario 8-D

Gorgeous and very dramatic! I love the complementary blue-red tones and you have really done some job with the shadows. Splendid point of view, the way the eye snakes along the valley to the distant "needle" is just wonderful.

Extraordinary southwestern scene. This looks so much like the southern part of Utah. Great shadows and light.
