"Good things come in small packages." --proverb

Take that Janet! ;^P So what kind of thing comes in a small package from halfway around the world? It could be almost anything your imagination can conjure up. A recipe from the old country. A birthday card from distant relatives. Some jewelry that can't be found anywhere else. Your family tree. Medication for an illness. Import CDs you bought on eBay. A fruit cake from Aunt Edna. Parts to a vintage radio you are restoring. New filters for your camera. A gift from a friend who you know so well, but only have talked to on the internet. Many great things come in small packages. Here's hoping that you get something special in the mail soon. ----- Thanks for your illuminating comments on my last upload, C'mon Baby Light My Dial! Have a terrific weekend everyone!

did customs charge you an arm and a leg to get your package as they do hee? (I don't mind the 7.6% VAT - it's the bl**dy handling charge that sticks in the throat!)

Yeah, rub it in! I was just lamenting that I haven't received a package since December, and since it had a sinister "Ticking" noise, I tossed it out!! LOL ; ) I keeed! Yes packages are always a delight aren't they? I think I was the first to ask what's inside? But Sigh I guess we have to wait...great series Kort!

The Overeye flies far beyond stock in this one as id metamorphosizes into illud: sensual and abstract with background play of light and dark, sharp and soft, stasis and flow. There's a face in the left lower corner with a goal post over the right eyebrown paper has never been so pubic and labial....

those words are a great add to your surface package shot... you can receive anything from friends as long as you know that a little part of them comes along and maybe this is the most rewarding thing in fact! a quite interesting idea!

Well I just recieved a couple of packages last week...not from any exotic locations as yours..just New York from B&H Photo and it was quite costly...but worth it! This package has such an air of mystery to it..right out of Casablanca..Great job on this series Bra! MAS4EVA! Aloha!

You have worded it so well Kort. The perfect defense of small packages! :-) I love this series also! Incredible macro when you can see fibers of paper!! Perfect lighting and I can feel the waxiness of the crayon or marker on the paper. Excellent! :-) V Have a great weekend.
