baaaaaaah Love the sound! When you return home you'll be sheepless, and now it's sleepless... Hmmm, sorry to read that. Quite an investment, and a warning for those ignoring the risk of getting addicted! Gorgeous work, love those Hadrian uh... stony walls, Rozanne! :)

Stick with it, Rozanne. I quit last October so I know what you're going through. It does get better . . . eventually, and its well worth it. Beautiful country there, and a great shot of it!

Nice pic with the sheep in the foreground. Don't know why, but had always imagined the Lake Country as lowland. Congratulations on your resolve - keep it up. -- Dick

Nice shot, Rozanne. This brings back memories. My mother's cousins all seemed to have upland farms, fit for grazing scrawny sheep, stone collections and gorse / whin bushes. When I was six years old I helped my uncles and elder cousins build a 'drystane dyke' around my grandfather's big house above the bay. I later repaired the boundary dry stone walls. It is harder than it looks. The sheep used to give me a rather superior gaze, as if they knew exactly how to build it correctly, and telling me wordlessly that I was not doing so!! ;o) However the sheep were useful for keeping the grass of the front lawn down, and slowing tourist drivers on our hilly class C road ( suitable for Land Rovers, tractors and 'Shanks's Pony' . Regards, John.

Hnag in there!!! It's worth it!! Well, it is refreshing to see sheep as the really look, not shorn, or like a white cotton ball! Real weathered coat on that one!!!

withdrawl is a bitch (I know) - but worth it - amongst other things, you will be amazed how much your senses of smell and taste will improve in the next few months!
