Description

thought I would post my version. after looking at it on my computer, I realized someone was looking out one of the windows on the top left side. For anyone that does not recognize this building, it is the School book depository where Lee Harvey Oswald assassinated President John F. Kennedy. The window in the thumb is the one he used to kill the President. I took this from the Reunion Tower observation floor. thanks for viewing and comments. hope you have a wonder friday and weekend

WOW! What a different view . I think you have captured the solemn aspect of this historic building and if it weren't for your explanation on your commentary, I would have liked it anyhow :) A grisly reminder of how some can take their minds warped visions into their own hands. A wonderful photo and well documented post !!~**~!!

Certainly the divergence between the architech even of this somewhat unimaginative design and a man with a gun overhangs the complexity of that moment.

I recognized the building as soon as I saw it. However, I never did, and still don't believe that Lee Harvey Oswald assassinated President Kennedy. I think a group within the government had him assassinated. There are too many things that never added up, in my opinion. And I have watched probably every documentary done, unless they have made a new one in the last 2 years that I don't know about. It is a building with a presence.

This is scarey stuff! Not just the history behind this, or how instantly I recognised the outlay of the building; But, for some wired reason I thought it was a 3D rendered model o-o LOL. I think I'm spending way to much time in the rendered reality! LOL! BTW, fantastic shot Richard! I glad you were across from the building shooting and not in the other window! ;) Bravo!
