Description

FINALLY!!!!!! We got more then just a tiny little dust of snow for the first time in two years! Just had to bring the kids to the park to sled. Gotta pass down those stupid freezing traditions to our kids, so they got stories to tell too, right?! This shot here is my husband, my daughter and my son. Daddy's helping her since she's not able to get her weight moving the sled. It was fun! Hope the weekends going well for everyone. Hugs, Velvet.

Oh yeah - I remember the sledding days as a kid! Of course back in those days they were made of dinosaur hide.

Oh the memories this brings back. We didn't have snow mobile suits when we were younger. We just went out with blue jeans and coats. There was a park on the other side of town that we'd go too and spend hours sled riding down the hills. By the time we got home again, our legs would be red from the cold. Now, you know you've gotten too cold when your legs start itching and tingling when they're thawing back out. Boy were those the days though. Thanks Velvet, I really needed this photo today. I miss it like crazy!!!
