Description

This is version 2.0 This image was handpainted from scratch in Painter 7. It is not a remake of another photo or a touched up one. Painter is just awesome for this kind of work and for 90% of it, that program was used, while Photoshop was used for a little touchup, the text and thumbnail. What a beautiful, intoxicating portrait this is Shadow - you have rendered her so life-like that one feels the literal urge to reach out and touch her pillowy-soft lips. I am a dunce when it comes to recognizing our modern day celebrities without a step-by-step program guide, but was this young lady in the movie Starship Troopers? Bet I'm way off base with that inane guess...lol. Truly astonishing work Shadow.

Very nice, I love the skin tone. The only comment I could make would be it doesn't quite blend smoothly, still see bands of color, but they aren't too pronounced. Beautiful work.
