Description

Yesterday some of you asked the meaning of the name Heimwehfluh. It means Rock of Homesickness. Unfortunately I've not been able to discover the origin of the name. At this site you can find more information about this hill that can be reached by foot and by funicular. The little walk reveals also new blooming wildflowers, the hepatica (Hepatica nobilis) also known as liverwort, that should start to bloom in March according to my guide. This family has also relatives in the USA. It's a crappy capture to which I should have payed more attention. Shooting flowers from above results in a strange perspective. Tomorrow I want to start with a new walk along another lake. Minolta X-700 (Fuji Sensia 100, 70 mm) Thanks for your attention and your always valuable comments
