Those viewers familiar with my work & me personally; know I do serial work at times, this design had already been in the pipeline prior to the first one's posting, and while I respect others opinions, I am NOT ego driven to be 100% right, nor do I get off on playing games like "one upmanship." Just a sidebar factoid for certain of you viewers, as well as explaining some of my 'from the horse's mouth' info presented further down, as well as some quotes from emails I received; and no, I'm not naming those individuals-for the usual reasons. A big thank you to ALL who took the time to comment on WITNOTW1, and the great service compliment! I never really set out to do that; just don't believe in making time wasted, brain dead eye candy, yanno?
Back in my Gallaudet College days, I met many foreign deaf students. The students coming from the Middle East, in particular Saudi Arabia & Iran explaining that their families were "well off" hence able to send them to college. And they intended to stay in the USA due to the fact that, " The thing a lot of people do not want to deal with is the fact that our religion is holding our peoples in cultural stasis circa 1300AD. The typical Muslim in the Arab world is, educationally, straight out of the middle ages."
Fusion energy & oil: On the Discovery Channel recently, I saw that alternative energy fusion research is more advanced than I had thought: and I had commented to another person, who does a lot of travelling, and like me, feels that due to US A's over dependence on foreign oil being the root cause of our presence over there, thus, if fusion energy can break that dependency: " I got a lot of them pissed at me in another forum where I pointed out that if the 1st world is ever able to perfect fusion energy and we no longer need oil, the middle east will fall completely off the radar screen and turn into a cesspit like Africa..."
This certainly would make for INTENSE world wide polarization. Also, on the"alternative energy issue" with the International furor over the Iranian nuclear program, we come to the repeating history department. I don't recall the exact year or Arab country; but either Libya or Syria had been building a nuclear reactor facility; fearing that it'd be used for WMD production, Israeli Air Force bombed it out of existence. Given the president of Iran's hostile remarks; and the UN's 'foot dragging" it's not implausible to envision Israel launching a pre-emptive strike, which would cause very ugly ravishment on that part of natural Mother Earth, and extreme sorrow for ALL human Mothers, regardless of faith or cultures.

@YARDOBE: IF you'd have read the above & the commentary in the 1st posting closely, you'd understand the context of thse 'N' word. It was a black sargent, back in Viet Nam, incidently, who explained to me the exact meaning of the 'N' word, as used by him and other Southern Negro troops, eg., A Nothern inner city black person who didn't know how to ACT RIGHT. So btw, I don't run sh*t lists, and have ZERO patiennce for stereotype thinking which your comment amply demonstrates-have a nice day~SAZ~

Here we go again (YARDOBE) - please, how come its OK to not only use the "N" word in the arts such as music, um, lets see, maybe RAP, but I can also turn on almost any TV show now-a-days and hear a 'black' man say it, but, heck, I can't tell you how many times Eddie Murphy would yell it out and make us all laugh... now to you SAZ, keep the theme coming, its getting really good now and people are really watching you. Love it or Hate it, art (Words, Pictures, etc.) can really stir up feelings and I lovve what ya doing. Hey everyone, get OUT of your safety zone :-) Semper FI

Well, this is wonderful too! I don't see how anyone could misunderstand your points here. Islam is extremely archaic. In many ways Judaism and Christianity are as well. No offence mean't to anyone of these spiritual beliefs. However, any religion that views women and children as chattel, is archaic! People are not property!! I won't get into what I think happened from a religious standpoint with the woman issue because this isn't the place to do that. This is your art page, not mine. ;) What I see from your image and writing is that the earth,(mother of all life in one sense) has been subjected to the terrible effects of our race, irrespective of our spiritual beliefs. My definition of the "N" word has always been a person considered to be of low or no value to others. Not anything to do with skin pigmentation. We treat our world as if it has little or no value. Hence, your title. I hope I can say this here, but basically we have "shit in our own messkit"! If your scenerio should play out, the value of "mother earth" will be even less than it is now. Wonderful art, you have this ability to use art and the written word to try to help us blindfold our prejudices. It is a wonderful gift, Saz!

I think you need to increase the resolution of your terrain and erode it so that you get an ancient looking terrain to match the idea of religion being an ancient concept. Isn't "Woman is the Nigger of the World" a John Lennon Song? Or is it a Yoko Ono song? Also I would use a texture to suggest a Middle Eastern location on the terrain and make the sky more dramatic.

I see what you mean''the N word is used by west indians more than anyone else'part of the culture.....Religion has a lot to answer for it creates bigotry its out dated' the muslim religion is yaers behind a lot of western religions its not just the religion but the culture....Try telling the brits that the british Empire used to sever limbs off the african tribes people because they had not handed in their quota of rubber sap...and that the Irish rebels (the brits word) in 1916 were executed for the sole sake of creating an example to the occupied Imperial countries... Anyhow Nice work i like the way you've used the headstones...
