Stef, the best part about this is where the building meets the street! Too often in 3D it looks like a structure is just sitting on a plane. Nice work with the cracks and the built up gunk!

Quiet but very sad. I hate such streets... so Im even more unhappy you modeled it so realistically;) Theres some problem with the win glass as for me, even extremely dirty they wouldn`t look so dark. But apart from it, this image is excellently real.
