Thanks all.......februus you mentioned 'hyper-realist school of.....' Well way back in the 20th century I was labeled a 'High Realist' for my work in Acrylic and Egg Tempera......I can't use brushes now, but I can push that little 'rodent' around forever. I am applying the same techniques electronically that I used for many, many years with brushes and paint....... Sometimes I can even smell the paint:-)).........Cheers, H2

You seem to bring such great focus to your work: this one is very adeptly realized in execution. It bears a resemblance to the hyper-realist school of manually applied visual art. It is so clear and constrained that it stuns the eye.

hmm...nice pic but it could use some work...your apples and the pear could use a lot of work. the glass is good but could use a little touch up. and maybe you should change the angle some...just seems wierd with the angle of the chair legs there. oh well...gj

The color reminds me of Venetian glass. Your images are fabulous. Sarah

fabulous etching in the Glass H2,those Violets look familiar, As usual your lighting is great and the shadow of the pear on the apples and reflections in the glass gives nice depth. Superb as usual Hawkfyr

If you would like to frame and mat this one for me, say, in a nice chrome frame, let me know and I'll send you my address. Some rich executive would pay well to have this on his office wall. It does NOT need a little "work".

The glass work is excellent, as is the color composition of the glass and violets. The designs are rich, complex and engaging. I'm not so fond of the blue filler light off to the right though. Maybe a little less intense, or a little whiter? Excellent piece though!
