Yummy, it's a very nice picture!

Overall, very good. Howevever, the texture on the apples looks a bit too metallic. Also, the reflections of the aluminum foil are a little too perfect. If you've ever looked carefully at aluminum foil, you'll notice that the bumps are not as smooth as you've represented them here--they're a bit more angled and sharp. Lastly, you might think about adding a little bit of noise to your wood texture.
