Description

G'day. This is the first of a few Black n white & almost desaturated photos of my local parks / forests. This one was taken last week at One Tree Hill on top of Mt Dandenong 30km east of Melbourne (and yes there's obviously more than one tree up there!!).Anyway its a nice walk through the Eucalyptus trees. These ones are Mountain Ash (Eucalyptus Regnana) and they grow 50+ metres tall. They can be taller than Californian Red Woods. Cheers Lou

Incredibly tall trees, not sure if they beat the redwoods, but I guess they both could join the guiness book of world records! Gorgeous work, a joy to hike these forests! :)
