Description

I almost missed this old home, so long ago forgotten, as I was driving along looking for old buildings to photograph. This ruin was about 100 yards off of the road, almost completely obscured by trees. Fortunately I spotted it. Unfortunately, I know nothing of it's history, but I'm still researching! This image was captured at around 12:30pm on November 11, 2005, using an Olympus Camedia C-700UZ digicam. Thanks for looking, have a most wonderful weekend!

Fantastic capture of this almost forgotten site! An interesting series with all these captures of things that seem to get lost in the human mind, but you make them known again! Impressive work, Troy! :)

Those red leaves are almost the color of the rusted tin roof which really does hide this one. It is amazing how many old houses you find! Another beautiful capture!
