Description

Capt. Kevin Riley of USS Phoenix NCC-800 has his first temporal violation as his heavy cruiser finds itself in orbit over the Earth in 1998. Passing over the starship is the DY-100 class USS Jack Van Impe just launched from Cape Canaveral Florida.
