Description


The fourth picture from a recent ski trip in the mountains above Eresfjord, a small farming community on the west-coast of Norway. We have just rounded a low ridge, and is for the first time afforded a view of the goal of our trip. We're going to ascend the moderate incline on the left before turning right to follow the ridge to the top. The first one is called Bl

I hope by "we" you are with a group. I can only imagine how dangerous it is there. A person could go into a crevice and never be seen again. the snow lives up to the saying "pure as driven snow". incredible vista/capture

Oh wow, on top of an arctic world as it seems! Whew! Never underestimate the distances in the mountains, a map can reveal the real distances and it's good to know tracks in the snow are far heavier to hike! Gorgeous capture of this fantastic snowcovered landscape, it's breathtaking! Excellent work! :)
