Description

Sometimes we try to shoot something that's virtually impossible. But it wouldn't be me to give up that soon. So I tried to shoot the frozen part of the lake from this side. It's great to discover the world under this ice where the water of the lake has retreated, since it has some quite unexpected structures I hope to show you tomorrow. You can see here the bottom side of the ice sheet that grows down closer to the border of the lake. I'm standing here on the pebbles (no wet feet) and I cannot take more distance of this, hence the unusual perspective. Perhaps not that spectacular but please wait for tomorrow to finish your judgement! :) Minolta X-700 (Fuji Sensia 100, 50 mm) Thanks for your attention and your always valuable comments

This is quite a thick ledge here, eroded by running water..should be interesting to see what's under this. Looks like your down on your hands and knees for this shot...Excellent POV! Aloha!
